How we work

A single point of accountability

PT WAN Ulangi Abadi is an export trade house based in Malang, East Java. We buy from Indonesian producers we have visited and verified ourselves, inspect goods against the agreed specification before they leave the country, and prepare the paperwork that stalls most first-time imports — certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificates, commercial invoices, and customs clearance. The reason that matters is straightforward. Buying direct from several producers means several contracts, several invoices, and several parties who each point at the others when a container arrives short or a grade comes in wrong. Working through us there is one contract, one invoice, and one company answerable for the outcome — including when something goes wrong.
